The role of a Community Manager will focus on leading out Front of House Services. The Community Manager will be responsible for excellent service delivery within the building, including additional duties updating Buildings Social Media, regular events calendars and pop-ups. The Ideal candidate should have excellent attention to details and previous leadership expierence. Duties will include managing the receptionist, rota & absences, recruitment, social media & events, full responsibility for monthly reporting and financial aspects of contract management.
Hours: Mon-Fri, between 8am-5.30pm
Salary: £36,044
The ideal candidate should want to be the beating heart of a vibrant community in a multitalented building. Have the ability to drive change and innovate all aspects of the role, from the customer experience to the engagement within the building. Be the go to person and liaison for all building issues between the occupiers and the client. Lead the team, be passionaate on service and motivate the team to deliver excellence. Have previous experience of team management, as well as a knowledge of recruitment, HR, social media & events, full responsibility for monthly reporting and financial aspects of contract management.
