As a Community Engagement Manager, you will act as a key liaison between Apple and the communities we serve, you’ll have the opportunity to create and manage valuable stakeholder relationships, produce a calendar of engaging events and work with senior stakeholders across all lines of business. You’ll play a key role in marketing and communicating projects ranging from small internal projects through to large-scale national campaigns.
This is a fantastically varied role, that will suit someone with a strong attention to detail and the
ability to lead and motivate a team through our busy and changeable working environment. Developing relationships and providing influence to drive engagement is critical to the success of the role. Description
In this role, you will:
• Developing and delivering the success of a regional community engagement strategy including growing a strong presence of Global Volunteer Champions and Guides and a deep understanding of the opportunities and needs of the community
• Managing relationships with corporate donation recipients and sourcing new potential community partners—seeking new opportunities for introducing partners to our employees to both inspire them and promote taking action
• Ensuring an engagement strategy supports the overall site strategy and acts to amplify the goals of the region
• Providing leadership and direction to teams to ensure meeting both the aims for the community goals and those of the local leadership are met
• Creating a smooth workflow, organizing and actively managing events and schedules, and ongoing communication with global Community Investment team
• Leveraging your expertise in community and partner outreach and management to ensure
• consistent and effective communication and events in key geographical localities.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues and external stakeholders, you will support campaign
• activities through regional partnerships and community relationships.
• Overseeing the development and delivery of the regional engagement plans.

Minimum Qualifications
Successful track record of Community Engagement leadership at a strategic level within an organisation of comparable scope, size and complexity.
Experience in a senior stakeholder engagement role and of developing, delivering and evaluating stakeholder engagement programmes.
Demonstrable commitment to diversity and equality.
Specialist knowledge in the area of stakeholder engagement, plus significant relevant experience
Extensive project management/lead experience, coupled with a specialist understanding of project management techniques.
