In this role you will:

• 👨🏽‍💻 Work with creators on Airtribe to help them manage their learner communities effectively.
• 💫 Create and run new communities for educators and learners.
• 🧙🏼 Come up with different ways to keep the communities active and vibrant.
• 🎉 Engage with the communities to get their feedback on our product and update them with new features coming on the platform
• 🕵🏼‍♂️ Analyze engagement metrics in the communities and make recommendations for improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ years of experience with setting up communities on Discord/Slack or alternatives Good oral and written communication skills
• Well organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Curious and asks a lot of questions🙋🏻
• Ability to track and analyze the success of community
• Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize

A plus if you also have:

• 2+ years experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in Ed-tech/ Cohort based learning platform
• Passion about teaching, learning, and creator economy🔥
• Understanding of communities, cohort-based learning, and new features coming on the platform
• Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop a hypothesis
