BigPanda is looking for a data-driven Sr. Community Manager to join the team and help us build and launch a thriving community of engaged customers from the ground up with the goal of educating and driving user adoption. In this role, you will lead the community strategy focused on fostering deep engagement, facilitating self-service, and increasing user adoption.

Responsibilities: 

- Build multi-channel community programs designed to foster product knowledge, exchange best practices, and improve brand affinity, with an initial focus on building out our community forum and integrating with our broader community ecosystem.

- Work with technical support and professional services to create a powerful program with technical content that meets our audience where they are

- Partner with and influence teams across the go-to-market organization to implement a cohesive community engagement strategy that supports their goals

- Monitor the conversations within the community to help foster conversations between members and product, and/or support escalation.

Experience:

- 5+ years leading b2b community

- Experience launching a community 

- Strong cross-functional, project management experience including planning, scheduling, monitoring and stakeholder reporting

- Demonstrated experience in leading key projects, including strategic customer programs from inception to successful roll-out and beyond

- Experience with analytics and understanding of metrics and KPIs (as defined)

- Experience working/building relationships with cross-functional teams with ease, delivering impact consistently, and influencing teams towards achieving goals

Pay Scale: $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD Annually + Bonus.
