Core to Figma's success - and heart - is our community! As we scale into new geographies and audiences, we're looking for a natural connector to help us nurture a community that supports our current customer base and helps us scale as our programs expand across the globe. You will play a strategic role in integrating community centered programs across Figma’s business, showcasing business impact and thinking outside the box to create new programs that celebrate our customers expertise.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Create customer-centric programs that drive customer loyalty and retention
- Build deep relationships with cross functional partners to integrate community across the organization
- Identify opportunities to surprise, delight, and show our community members how much we value them
- Partner with global teams to establish program frameworks that scale in the regions
Some projects you could work on:
- Reinvigorating for the Figma User Group program alongside a global team of Figmates and customers
- Set the strategy for what real time community communications can look like (slack, discord, circle, etc.)
- Partner with internal teams to bring the Figma swag store to life around the globe
- Partner with the global community team to showcase business impact
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 5-7 years of experience with 3+ years of relevant community marketing or marketing programs experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into easily understood concepts
- Passion about being a community and customer advocate. You understand why customer voices are so important and are eager to share those insights with the rest of the company and advocate for their needs.
- A strategic mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity
- An eye for creative problem solving - you’re able to keep multiple initiatives organized, and are willing and eager to roll up your sleeves when needed
- Strong rapport-building skills with customers
- Strong program and project management skills

Pay Transparency Disclosure
If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.

Figma also offers sales incentive pay for most sales roles. Figma’s compensation and benefits are subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub):
$119,000—$253,000 USD
