Female Founders Rise is a community of over 2000 female and non-binary founders based in the UK, coming together for community, resources and support.

We are an impact-led company focused on closing the gender gap by supporting women to build profitable and financially sustainable businesses. We focus on

What is the role?

You will work directly with Emmie Faust, a serial entrepreneur, investor, advisor and founder of Female Founders Rise. Managing a community of 2000+ members, and hosting regular events in person and online masterclasses.

What is the objective of your work?

As a Community and Content Manager, you will be responsible for curating and executing a wide range of virtual and in-person events to strengthen our community bonds and enrich our content offerings. You will work closely with our community members, sponsors and partners to create memorable and meaningful experiences.

What will you be doing?

  • Event Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including webinars, live streams, workshops, meetups, and conferences. Ensure events align with company goals and resonate with the community.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content to support events, including promotional materials, event agendas, and post-event content such as blog posts, videos, and social media updates.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a strong sense of community by actively engaging with members, responding to inquiries, and gathering feedback to continuously improve events.
  • Partnership Management: Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance event experiences and reach a broader audience.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyse key metrics to measure the success of events and content initiatives. Use insights to refine strategies and improve future events.
  • Budget Management: Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring cost-conscious planning and allocation of resources.
  • Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in event hosting and community management platforms and technologies.

What skills and knowledge do I need?

  • Proven experience in event planning and management, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
  • Experience in nurturing online communities.
  • Familiarity with event hosting platforms and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.

💸 Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE

🏡 Logistics: Remote with 3 days in London per month
